California Wildfire Victims Support 

Our thoughts and blessings go out to all those affected by the California Wildfires. We encourage people to use this site to stay informed about the state of the fires.

The North Bay fires have been particularly devastating. You can read updates from Coalition members Pepperwood Preserve here and Sonoma County Regional Parks here. If you are in the area and are interested in volunteering to aid the victims, you can learn more here. If you do not live near the affected area but are still interested in donating to the victims of the wildfires, you can find a list of great organizations to support here.

If you live near UC Berkeley, staff from a number of campus departments and organizations are collecting school supplies to benefit students and teachers in fire-affected K-12 schools in the North Bay.

The most needed donations include:
Graphing calculators (used are fine; for example, the Texas Instruments 83 or 84 models), index cards, pens and pencils, lunch boxes, water bottles, and pencil cases
