ChangeScale envisions a world where all generations are inspired with the environmental know-how to create healthy communities and a healthy planet. We are a partnership of organizations in the San Francisco and Monterey Bay Area working together to ensure that environmental education is a cornerstone of lifelong learning. 

Delphinus School of Natural History is an outdoor regional natural history program that promotes environmental stewardship, by allowing students to develop personal relationships with nature through exploration. We are committed to providing greater access for underrepresented youth, through partnerships and collaboration. We are currently in partnership with LAWYLD to bring urban youth to the central coast of marine science camps during the central coast of marine science camps during the summer. 

Central Coast State Parks Association in partnership with California State Parks, promotes public awareness and stewardship of our natural resources and cultural heritage. As a non-profit that supports programs in public lands, CCSPA is committed to encouraging diversity in our parks and access to all. 

Ginger Ivey 

Glessell Aguilar is a Latina park ranger with the National Park Service. Her mission is to help connect Latina and other people of color to their national parks. 

Linda Stonier is the Regional Coordinator for the National Heritage Area Program and is on the staff of the Rivers, Trails, and Conservation Assistance Program of the National Park Service. She works with communities on projects to preserve and interpret their natural and cultural resources, and to develop close-to-home recreational opportunities. 

Outdoor Outreach provides comprehensive, year-round outdoor programming for youth in San Diego. By introducing participants to the outdoors through exciting and joy-filled activities, OO inspires underserved youth to see possibility and opportunity in their lives and realize various positive attitude and behavioral changes that help them become successful adults.

Richardson Bay Audubon Center & Sanctuary helps protect birds and the places they need. This vision is only attainable by working with people across all communities, ages, genders, and backgrounds.

Yonit Yogev has spent 3 years investigating and researching diversity, equity, and inclusion in the NPS for her master's thesis. In that time, she has become passionate about equity in outdoor spaces. Over the last year, she has been presenting the results of the research at conferences and workshops. She believes it is crucial that those working in her field share resources and inspiration. 

Zoe Ziegler has joined the Coalition to build relationships with those working in outdoor engagement and to learn about how she can contribute to promoting diversity and inclusion for underrepresented youth in her community.
